Fulwood is one of Brazil’s leading companies in the industrial logistics real estate sector. Since 1994, the company has developed over 1.2 million square meters of top-tier logistics and industrial condominiums (“Triple-A”)—delivering high standards in construction, infrastructure, and asset management for corporate tenants with strong governance profiles.
The need
As Fulwood solidified its leadership and expanded its portfolio of premium logistics facilities, the company sought to modernize its brand identity to better reflect its reputation for quality, innovation, and long-term reliability. The challenge was to create a visual system that would convey both institutional strength and adaptability to a new era of industrial infrastructure.
