Support for Frat's team to find the best visual and UI experience for the WeWork Brasil website.

The client

WeWork is a global leader in flexible workspaces, providing shared office environments for businesses of all sizes. As part of its digital strategy in Brazil, the company partnered with Frat to evolve the local digital experience, with a strong focus on aligning the website with WeWork’s global brand values.

The need

The website plays a central role in WeWork’s customer journey — not just as a marketing tool, but as a key part of the product itself. It’s the bridge between digital exploration and the physical experience of the workspace. The challenge was to design a UI that felt native to the WeWork brand while adapting to local nuances, ensuring consistency, clarity, and a seamless user experience.

The solution

Vicente Sulzbach collaborated with the Frat team to help define the visual language of the new website. The focus was on building a user interface that could act as a true extension of the physical experience — intuitive, elegant, and deeply aligned with the global design system.

 

Through close collaboration, iterations, and refinement, the final visual approach was approved and implemented successfully. The result was a site that not only looked and felt like WeWork but also strengthened the brand’s presence in the local market through a high-quality digital experience.
