The client
Unico (formerly Acesso Digital) is a Brazilian IDTech that builds digital identity solutions used by millions of people. At a pivotal moment in its growth, the company needed to evolve from a B2B-centric mindset and embrace a stronger B2C vision — reflecting the increasing relevance of its products in the everyday lives of end-users.
The need
The challenge was to create a product design vision that could bridge the gap between technical robustness and human simplicity — making the digital identity experience feel intuitive, secure, and personal. This shift also required aligning the entire product UI with a new strategic positioning aimed at a broader consumer audience.
The solution
Vicente helps the company reimagine and execute its core digital identity product through the lens of the end-user. This included a complete redesign of the interface, UX flows, and visual system — incorporating compliance with Brazil’s LGPD (data protection law) and creating a seamless experience for document signing, personal data management, and user onboarding.
